Self Awareness

Self Awareness is the door to happiness. This video offers some hints about how to practice Self-Awareness in a very simple way.

The blue beam of light on the video suddenly happened when I was filming. Even if it is just a light effect I thought it was amazing. I was in awe!!! Thanks for watching!

 

The door to Awareness is within us:

“...At the end of a long lasting meditation, before Grandma and I left the temple, we went to say goodbye to the monk. I told him,

'My grandma is a very busy person so it might take a while before I can come back to the temple.'

He leaned down toward me and answered, 'You can practice this breathing meditation wherever you are, because you already have a temple.'

'Do I?' I asked.

'Yes, you are the temple. So all you need to do is to close your eyes and be aware of your breathing. That’s all,” he affirmed.' "
