As we awaken we will see our challenges through the eyes of wisdom.

Updated: Sep 25, 2020

My beautiful friends, today I want to share with you something I recently shared on my Facebook page:

"Suffering is needed until it is not needed anymore; suffering is not a curse, it is a gift when we understand that every aspect of life is leading us to evolve."

Then someone who was experiencing deep sadness asked:

I hope that my answer can help alleviate the pain of anyone in this situation:

My dear friend, I understand your pain because I have been there too. All of us have experienced our own suffering and the suffering of others one way or another. I have an amazing story I can share with you:

A few years ago someone I love deeply was very ill laying in a hospital bed. While at the hospital he was very depressed and angry trapped in his suffering. The anger grew stronger when he learned that he had to share the room with other patients. After having a surgical procedure that almost took his life and spending a few days in the ICU, he was moved in the evening back to his room. When he opened his eyes in the morning feeling sick and depressed, the first thing he saw was the sparkling eyes of a young man laying on the bed right in front of him looking directly at him. With a loving voice filled with compassion and with a smile the man said, “Good morning, how are you doing today?” For a moment my relative forgot all about him and his pain and answered, “Good morning, I am not doing that well, but thanks for asking...how are you doing?” “I am doing well,” the man replied still smiling.

Right there the family of the man arrived and then my relative discovered that the man had been paralyzed from the neck down for years due to an accident while practicing gymnastics. However, from everyone in the room this young man displayed the most positive, compassionate and courageous attitude of all. From that moment my relative changed his mind and now wanted to share the room with the young man who became his greatest teacher. My relative finally healed and left the hospital with the complete realization that happiness is nowhere else other than in our attitude and intentions towards life. That man with his broken body saved my relative’s life because he carried the biggest gift of all: The willingness to follow the path of the Light instead of the path of suffering and to be the Light. To me that young man was more evolved than anyone else around him.

Nowadays when I am trapped in a challenging situation I have learned to ask: “God please help me to see the GOOD on this because I cannot see it.” I think that we can only be truly helpful to someone with true empathy if we do not join in their suffering...if we can stay above the battleground holding the truth for them. We just have to learn to focus less in our broken parts and turn towards the Light. Each awaken being can serve as the Light in the awakening and healing of thousands more. I hope this helps to alleviate your pain. Love, Light and Blessings, Ingrid 💞

Conversations with The Beings of Light:

From the time I was a little girl I always felt as if I was an observer. In young adulthood I was able to ask, “What is that that I am observing?” “All of life,” the Beings of Light answered, then after a pause they added, “through your personal experience.”

This helped me understand the unique importance of my existence. I know that although we are one with the Whole, each of us is a unique emanation of the One, or God, or Whole. This is why the Beings of Light always referred to each one of us as special.

Nothing in the universe lacks purpose. Every one of us is special because of the unique way in which we experience and perceive life. We are part of the universal flow of infinite creation always reinventing itself, manifesting, and eternally expanding.

My autobiography reveals how after having a near death experience at the age of nearly three, the first glimpses of heaven were revealed to me and the doors that allow me to communicate with Beings of Light were opened. Since then a myriad of experiences that many could call as mystical and perhaps impossible have crossed my path. However the Beings of Light have made it clear to me that I am not here to convince anyone about anything but to be a giver of light.

To accomplish this purpose I have been guided through an amazing journey of unimaginable challenges, awakenings and miracles where along the way I became the vehicle to help others to rise up from some of the deepest states of hopelessness and bring them back to life. Through helping others I was also able to become aware of my own shadows and overcome them as well. For all of this I am forever grateful. So I want to continue awakening, growing and giving anything I can to anyone that is open to listen.
