Ingrid was invited by Nancy van Alphen to be part of the IANDS Visiting Authors Book Club Online Series. During this gathering Ingrid answered questions and talked about her unique journey which brought her to write her autobiography titled: "A Brightly Guided Life." She shared how she was guided through an amazing journey of unimaginable challenges, awakenings and miracles where along the way she became aware of her own shadows and became the vehicle to help others.
